NYC PRIVATE COACHING WITH LISA REGINA: TERMS AND AGREEMENT
Due to great demand and limited availability for my private coaching sessions in NYC, I ask that all students read and confirm acceptance of the below payment and cancellation terms, before committing to a session time.
Payment
-Tuition for (1) hr private sessions (4x per month) is $275.00 per month. This payment is due in full prior to your first session for the month.
-Payment for the following month is due at your 4th session - in order to lock in your session time.
-Payment is accepted via check, money order (payable to Lisa Regina) or cash.

(Any fees associated with returned checks will be the sole responsibility of the student.)
Cancellations / Makeups
-All cancellations must be made VIA PHONE, 24 hrs prior to scheduled session. EMAILED cancellations are NOT acceptable.
- Very often I have waitlisted students and try to schedule them in the event of a cancellation. I am aware that auditions arise, and other emergency circumstances but ask for your consideration when cancelling appointments.*
-There are NO MAKEUPS for sessions cancelled without 24hrs notice.
Late Arrival
-In the event you are running late, PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY. I can then determine whether or not I will be able to keep your scheduled appointment.
